1. What does this cost?
We work on a Pay-On-Results Basis. Meaning you would only pay per appointment that you go on. The average partner goes on 10 - 25 appointments per month, and closes 5 - 10 projects from that, and on average has a 5% cost of marketing. We’ll talk exact numbers on the call.
2. How fast will I see results & appointments?
Expect to get your first appointment within 3-6 days of signing up with us. Usually takes 7-14 days to close your first job.
3. What happens if it ‘doesn’t work’?
We only make money if it “works” as it is a Pay-Per-Appointment Model, so there’s no risk. We also have a guarantee that you’ll 5X your investment in 90 days, and if you don’t, we’ll work with you for free until you do. You are also not bound to any long term contracts
4. How are you different from all the other marketing companies?
We’re not a marketing company, we are a Growth Partner. Setting appointments with high quality leads is only 20% of what we do. We work with a select few partners across the nation, and work as an inhouse team, where we will be talking weekly, helping you build sales processes, hire sales reps, Project managers, subs, installers, etc. And we’re here to help you build out systems, open new offices, set up a CRM, increase profit margins, etc.
6. What counts as a ‘qualified appointment’?
- They want to remodel a bathroom or kitchen.
- The lead is exclusive to you, not shared.
- The lead has a budget of $10,000 - $25,000+ for a bathroom, and $20,000 - $50,000+ for a kitchen.
- All homeowners & decision makers are present for the appointment.
- They have at least 60-90 minutes available for the appointment.
- They’re looking to start the project within 90 days or less.
7. How do you handle no-shows or reschedules?
We confirm all appointments for you, reschedule the people who need, and if anybody no-shows, we’ll not charge for that appointment
8. What if the volume is too high/too low?
We tune targeting/budget weekly. You set caps so production never outpaces install capacity.
